  1. Place a large skillet on medium high heat.
  2. Heat the oil, then add the ginger, garlic, and ground turkey. Break up mixture with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Add the seasoned salt, then saute until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the frozen veggies, sauteeing for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  4. Add soy sauce, vinegar and sriracha then cook another 2-3 minutes until well combined.
  5. Adjust seasonings to taste then remove from heat and top with green onions.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

*Nutritional information is for frozen peas and carrots that are higher in carbs. Veggies like cabbage, broccoli or cauliflower would reduce carbs significantly, if preferred.
